Deputy Drip
Deputy Drip is the mascot of water conservation
for the Southern Nevada Water Authority. He teaches children the importance
of saving water in our desert community.
School
Presentations
Deputy Drip and a partner give 40-minute presentations in a school assembly
format for students in kindergarten through second grade. The interactive
presentation teaches children about the importance of water conservation
in the Mojave Desert. The presentation is complete with props and student
participation.
Students become "Junior Deputies" and are charged with
the responsibility of spreading the water conservation message. They receive
sticker badges and Deputy Drip coloring
books.
If you would like to schedule a free Deputy Drip presentation
for your school, fill out our request
form or call the Southern Nevada Water Authority at 258-3930.
