Finding Water in Food
Our bodies need lots of water every day to stay
healthy. We drink water, but did you know that we also eat water? Try
this experiment and you can see the water in our food.

- Have an adult slice two pieces of each
of the foods you choose. Make sure they're about the same size.
- Lay one of the slices of each food on
a plate without a cover.
- Put the other slice of each food in a
plastic bag.
- Compare the foods after one day and after
two days.
